Shanghai EVKMOT Motor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2021. It is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing and sales of third-generation high-performance flat wire motors. The product power covers 3kW~500kW. The product advantages are high efficiency, high power density, low noise and light weight. It is used in pure electric and hybrid vehicles, military equipment, electric motorcycles, electric aircraft, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial energy saving and servo motors.
The company's core team is composed of the main personnel who first developed flat wire motor products and equipment in China. They have accumulated rich design and manufacturing experience in the entire flat wire motor industry chain, as well as resources from upstream and downstream industries. There are more than 40 R&D personnel in total, and more than 60 patents have been applied for (including 19 invention patent applications, 31 utility model applications, 2 appearance patents, and 4 international patent applications), forming a three-dimensional patent barrier. It is expected that the number of new patents will reach 30~40 each year. From 2022 to 2023, Shanghai Yiweike won the Fifth China Automotive Invisible Unicorn Award, the China Commercial Vehicle Black Technology Competition Outstanding Key Technology and many other honors. Scale: Currently, the Shanghai R&D center covers an area of 5,000 square meters and has an advanced flat wire process development laboratory and a flat wire motor factory. In April 2023, the company invested in the construction of a production base at its headquarters in Guangde, Anhui, covering an area of 70 acres. The existing factory building is 8,000 square meters, and the total production capacity of the two factories is 300,000 sets/year.
